A clear note on privacy.

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, project type, and message are sent to Web3Forms for delivery to Digi Design so we can respond. Web3Forms processes the submission under its own privacy practices. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial project message.

If you email us directly, your message and the contact details you include are delivered through your email provider so we can reply and manage the inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial project message.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and some images and videos from Builder.io. Your browser connects to those providers to request the assets, which can disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the asset requested. Their own privacy practices apply to those requests.

Our hosting and delivery providers may also process ordinary technical request information to serve, maintain, and protect the site.

The public site does not currently use advertising or audience analytics trackers. Hosting or third-party delivery services may use technical storage or logs as part of providing their services; those providers control their own practices.

Contact form submissions and email correspondence may be kept in our mailbox and backups as needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us by email, contact our studio at hello@digidesignss.com. We will respond subject to applicable requirements.

Links to services such as Instagram and Vimeo take you to sites with their own privacy policies. We may update this page when the site or our practices change. For privacy questions, contact our studio by email.
